Customer service is a joke. They say the CEO reads every submitted comment, so after calling them out on this, he called me. They recognized that they had a faulty product and quit selling it (rhinestone zipper wasn’t functional & finally decided to quit offering the product). I had a Bling Rhinestone Chloe jacket that after extremely light usage quit working altogether (zipper totally malfunctioned) & a new one hanging in my closet that I finally just sold off because I’m not cool with a company not standing by the products they sell. He basically told me he stood by his decision to offer me $20 in rewards points toward my next purchase. Their products start on average around $150+. Needless to say, these jackets are hella expensive & they have many zippers. If a company doesn’t stand by their products or their patrons, they don’t deserve good ratings. I’ve lost total respect for and desire to purchase from this company. I gave them the opportunity to work with me before these posts. They refused. As promised, reviews are being publicly posted.
