Had a Quest vest for 60 days and it is fading significantly. It was black when I purchased it but is now a spotted Gray. It looks horrible. Below is the response I was given which is really poor customer service. I never washed it, the fading happened on its own. I have since washed it but that didn’t help. Buy at your own risk. You have been warned. I will not be purchasing anymore items from them...very disappointing.Dear Steve,Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear about that!Did you followed the care instructions: Machine wash cold with like colors, delicate cycle. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, remove promptly. Cool iron use press cloth. Do not dry clean. Do not steampress. No dryer sheets. Clear touch can melt in dryer. No commerical dryers. Close all zippers before washing. Remove all electronic devices and wires. Remove keychian before washing. Please remove RFID pouch for laundering.Please know that we do not cover normal fading due to wear and tear under warranty. So I suggest you to follow the washing instructions.Thanks,
