Late last night, I ordered a woman's SCOTTeVEST and forgot to use the promo code. That meant my vest cost was $100.00 instead of $30.00. I sent in an email a few minutes after the ordered went in, stating the mistake I had made and requesting that the Promo Code be applied and my cost adjusted to $70.00. Even though I received an email this morning advising that my order had already been shipped at the $100. rate, Ashe replied in an email today that my cost had been adjusted to reflect the Promo Code and that my cost would now be $70. instead of $100. That's what I call great customer service! Thank you, Ashe, and thank you, SCOTTeVEST!
