VERY poor quality vest!!! The zippers repeatedly get stuck and won't open or close. I finally had to take scissors and cut open one of the zippered pockets so I could remove my car keys. The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. I felt that she was being evasive with me and not giving me straight-forward answers when I asked if SCOTTeVEST would pay for the return shipping fee. Why not give me a straight answer and stop wasting my time? Instead, she repeatedly said that I needed to pay for the shipping fee and ONLY when I expressed my disappointment and requested to speak with a supervisor, she changed her tune and said that SCOTTeVEST does offer an option to pay the return shipping fee. I resent that she wasted my time and did not say this from the get-go. I do NOT recommend SCOTTeVEST to anyone! One of the worse companies that I have ever dealt with.
