I bought one of their coats under a promo code. I have always worn large in any other brand of coat. Their large is clearly an XXL. I called to see if I could exchange but they said no due to the promo code. But they would allow me to purchase another so I would be stuck with 2 of their crappy coats instead of one. Just say no!
