I ordered the scottevest for my hubby for his birthday. Of course nothing runs smoothly so....in a recent move I didn't change my address on one of my ways to pay online. When I tracked the package I noticed my mistake. I contacted customer service and was lucky to get Kendra as my representative. She was so helpful and gave me some great advice. Our correspondence was all done by email which makes it easier on me. After the whole mess the scottevest was rerouted to my new house and we got it the day after the birthday. He LOVES his vest and has gotten many compliments on it. He doesn't carry a lot but we got a new puppy so he carries...his wallet, keys, phone, leash, treats, and bags daily and sometimes a dog toy and my stuff too. So to sum it up, we love the vest and the customer service!
