Calling what I received a coat seems like false advertising. Windbreaker wouldn't work either. It possibly could slightly interfere with a gentle breeze. Possibly. Technically, it's a coat. In the broadest sense of the word. It did have extra pockets. They're useless to me but they are there. This is the proverbial 'fool me once'. Twice isn't going to happen. I got what I overpaid for.
