I thought customer service was poor. I didn't like that there was a charge for shipping. Amazon prime is free shipping, two days. I ordered items that were out of stock and it took five days until I was notified that I was not going to receive them. This held up my entire order. From the time I ordered until I received my items it took well over a week. I didn't like the quality of anything that I received. Items didn't fit very well. I ordered about eight items (to get free shipping) and returned everything. I had to pay for return shipping. Overall, I will not be ordering again unless they provide free shipping in both directions and improve customer service.
