Products are awesome quality, but the FIT isn't right for the female body of NOW shapes in my country..... Americans have thick waists and hips .... Jacket fit like this: Belly too tight, shoulders too huge, but hips fit fine .... I am hourglass shaped actually.... When I called customer service, they are superb..... My only complaint with the company overall, is that the CUSTOMER, not the company, must pay to return the products that are cut weird.... No fair! .... They would NOT change this policy.... So I paid the $23 return shipping, and too scared to try another size because of this.... Hurts their business, and I explained that to them (I got to speak with 3 different reps, all were terrific people)I went to a similar company "the Joey jacket" on Amazon.... Fits amazingly.... Love it .... So, SCOTTeVEST, your return policy cost you two jackets with me, I did keep the vest.... PAY THE SHIPPING!!!!!
