I made the mistake of following Scottevest's measurement chart...which said I should order a "Medium" jacket - even though all my other jackets and coats are "Large."Ha! It was indeed too small BUT Scottevest refused to replace it with a large, and refused to refund my money. Indeed, they even said that if I sent the jacket back they would refuse my return and send it back to me!Fortunately, my credit card company intervened and refunded my money. I will NEVER order anything from Scottevest again, nor will I recommend their company or products to anyone.
