I've been a customer a while. Bottom line why they get this rating is they changed a product I love in a negative way. They didn't need to change it as far as I'm concerned. The change makes certain aspect of using the jacket a pain in the butt, and I see no reason why the change was made. I'm seriously reconsidering ordering from them again.
