I reported a large area of standing water nearby. The service acknowledged my email but didn’t provide further information. I reported it again, and they claimed no record of my previous email. They stated it was due to a blocked drain and advised me to contact the council instead. I expected them to assist in contacting the council. I am still awaiting a response to my original email. Very disappointing for a publicly funded organization.
