However, I was prompted to pay an additional £7.99, which I did. After the payment, the site redirected me, which felt odd, and then my total showed £7.99 plus £2.99 for delivery. I've requested a refund, and if it isn’t processed immediately, I’ll ask for a full refund. I've been using this service for years. Additionally, if you have a voucher, you cannot use it as a guest; creating an account is mandatory.
