Custom ordered a LAB GOLF DF2.1 from Scottsdale. Amy and team took great care of me as always, extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure the putter was exactly how I wanted it. Prices at Scottsdale are reasonable and not over the top but what brings my back each and every time is the unwavering customer support. My putter was ordered late on the 22nd of Jan, and I had it in hand 2nd of Feb morning, and across the world from the UK too!
Booked a driver and fairway wood fit and build at the Scottsdale Birmingham branch and cant praise it enough. Dan Jarvis was my fitter and from the start was very attentive and helped the process. Would never go anywhere else now as used to use the Belfry but this opened my eyes and showed how important it is to get fitted correctly.
Same shaft different heads different results ,very eye opening. Walked away with Qi4d driver amd 7 wood and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to getting out on the course

Received a gift voucher from a family member and placed my order, which isn't urgent since it's for the spring/summer. I chose the free delivery option. However, I was prompted to pay an additional £7.99, which I did. After the payment, the site redirected me, which felt odd, and then my total showed £7.99 plus £2.99 for delivery. I've requested a refund, and if it isn’t processed immediately, I’ll ask for a full refund. I've been using this service for years. Additionally, if you have a voucher, you cannot use it as a guest; creating an account is mandatory.
