Only 1 star, just because I couldn't give zero. Bought silver and they will not honor their misinformation. The money cleared my bank, and I have invoices and screen grabs of all transactions... below is what I sent them...Why was this refunded???? I ordered legitimately and am expecting my silver. I have the screen grabs of my payments and of you acceptance of payments. This is not my problem. You had the items on the site and I purchased them correctly.... I will take this to court if needed. It was a done deal and I have the proof, you need to honor the deal and to admit it was your mess up ... not mine. I want my coins please.you have to man up and accept the consequences of your errors. Not my problem. I do not accept the refund. You need to reverse it and send me what was initially purchased. Sorry about your problems... but they do not include me. I bought, Paid and was invoiced. I want what was initially done!!Not happy that they're not taking responsibility for their screwup.
