I requested a quote, being transparent about the car's condition. It had some issues but was still operational, so I thought they could find a potential buyer. However, the quote I received was below even scrap value. I provided additional details, sent photos, and followed up multiple times, yet after over a week, I received no response. Even if that was the best offer they could manage, the lack of communication and updates is unacceptable. Frustrated with the wait, I reached out to a local scrap yard and others, who offered a much better price with collection included. Given the poor quote and absence of communication, the service was a total waste of my time; it would have been much quicker to deal directly with others or use a marketplace!
