Price is not guaranteed as advertised. I'd had 2 mechanics come out to look at my car who were unable to advise what the issue was and said it'd need to go to a Peugeot specialist. When the company came to collect my car they miraculously determined what was wrong with it within 5 minutes which was extremely severe so they'd have to reduce the price they could offer me. I think they definitely took advantage of the fact I was unable to move the car so didn't have many options. The driver was also over 2 hours late to collect the car.
