Overall a good experience. I received an email offering a second chance through a promotion and decided to pay for it. I followed the guidelines, but only got one instead of two. When I reached out, I was told I hadn’t done it correctly, even with proof. They sent me another item that wasn’t part of the deal and I didn’t win. The agreement was that if I lost, I’d get a credit in my account. After my losses, I requested the credit but was told I needed to pay again. I shouldn’t have to pay again since I followed the initial steps. I called for help, but no one got back to me. I want my prize; the issue wasn't my fault. I did everything asked of me and won’t pay anything more. Since they haven’t resolved this, I’m expressing my frustration here. They should have managed my case better from the start.
