I have been playing a lot and I have been winning very often. Nothing over $100😢 unfortunately. I had one issue and sent in a ticket and they fixed the problem right away. It was literally less than 10 minutes. I have to say other than not hitting any large jackpot I have no complaints about the site. I actually win like 10x more than playing actual scratch cards. And I have cashed out 3X I believe and always had my money within 24 hours. Sometimes it was right away. I’ve always been skeptical about sites like this thinking that they would just teach you and you just waste your money on it but that’s not the case with this place one of the few places I will gamble online with and not think I’m getting ripped off. Thank you for doing honorable business people like me really appreciate it.
I was quite impressed with the service, winning $41 right away. However, it was disappointing to discover I needed to reach $100 to make a withdrawal. Thankfully, with that initial $41, I purchased two scratch-offs and won enough to withdraw. The withdrawal process, though, is another story. Only bank transfers? Seriously? Who wants to wait 3-5 business days, and why does it say the withdrawal is completed when it hasn’t yet shown up in my account? I attempted to withdraw all my winnings at noon, and it's now nearly midnight with no sign of it. Tomorrow is another day. Overall, it’s a solid 4. I had a great time and it was fun, so I would definitely recommend it.

I shouldn’t have to pay again when I proved I followed the initial steps. I called for help, but received no callbacks. I want my prize, as the error wasn’t my fault. I did everything as instructed and refuse to pay anything more. Since they haven’t resolved this, I’m sharing my frustration here. They should have managed my case properly from the start.

They actually processed my payout. It was a bit of a hassle to complete the verification requirements, but after that, the payout was instant, hitting my account in about two minutes. I just wish that the scratch tickets had better winning rates. I don’t believe the odds are entirely accurate; I had ten tickets with odds of 1 in 3.76, and all were losers. Still, I did win a couple, so it’s not entirely misleading.
