My experience was satisfactory, but I encountered issues. I received an email and chose to pay for a second chance offered through a promotion. I followed the instructions but only received one item instead of two. When I contacted them, I was told I hadn’t followed through, despite having proof. I was sent another item that wasn’t part of the promotion and did not win. The deal stated that I would receive a credit if I didn’t win, but when I asked for it after my losses, I was told to pay again. I shouldn’t have to pay again when I proved I followed the initial steps. I called for help, but received no callbacks. I want my prize, as the error wasn’t my fault. I did everything as instructed and refuse to pay anything more. Since they haven’t resolved this, I’m sharing my frustration here. They should have managed my case properly from the start.
