This service has been extremely inconsistent, providing me with a wrong address and connecting me with the wrong agent to view a property in a completely different area with a different layout. I missed two viewings because I was at the wrong address as per their instructions, and no agent was there to meet me. The agent was from a different agency in a different area, and they had marked the wrong address. Just terrible. After confirming my first viewing, I received an automated message saying my viewing had already taken place. When I called, the representative had no idea what was happening. After a week, someone finally contacted me, but they stated that the agent I was supposed to meet was not affiliated with them. They claimed it was the third party's fault for mixing up the details. Despite receiving a gift card as an apology, I've been pressured to amend or delete my review for it. This service has proven to be the opposite of customer-centric.
