I subscribed last year and used the service twice. I cancelled a month later because I no longer needed it. A full year later, out of nowhere, my card was charged again for a full year subscription.I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told that it “cannot be cancelled.” After showing them proof that I had unsubscribed a year ago, they finally admitted it was a billing software malfunction and agreed to issue a refund.But here’s the kicker, I’m in Canada, so when the refund came through, it was short by about $20 due to foreign exchange differences. Their mistake cost me money, and they refused to make it right.I didn’t start this problem, they did. Yet I ended up paying for their incompetence. My biggest mistake was ever trusting this company in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable.
