Same issue with the trial period, foolish me forgot about the date that they would charge me, charged 240 AUD, cancelled the membership with in 5 mins of being charged and contacted support, asked me too fill out a form, I did, been 3 days now sent an email every day no response, they did say it can take 14 days, if I don't get a response in 2 days I'll be contacting my bank to help get my money back

I was looking for an AI app that would translate a recording of a demo into step by step training instructions with screenshots. Ambitious, maybe, but ScreenApp promised to do just that. I spent a whole day uploading the recordings and now that I have them translated into a 'manual' I see how utterly rubbish the results are. The same steps are repeated umpteen times with different words, sentences don't make sense, but the worst is that the really relevant content isn't even covered! 40 pages of 'manual' for about 10% of the relevant content from the video! Hard pass. I've now cancelled my free trial after having had to give my card details, I genuinely hope I don't get charged.
I had subscribed to the trial using my debit card on which I keep a balance of 1.50 USD for probing purchases only. I was expecting the free trial to expire or at get notified before billing but I have been receiving messages that my card could not be billed a 168 USD. I have RECEIVED manual messages from staff prompting me to update my details. The last one was titled "3 rd attempt "but in reality it was their 7th. I found such behavior odd and decided to look them up. They are a trash service and am I glad for my burner card. The last email is from Andre who happens to be the CEO and founder. Imagine a CEO asking you to pay up..lol.. Besides, I went through my account and it now has a yearly subscription active despite the that fact that I have not paid for it. These guys ain't getting any of my money.
Downloaded the app - no sign of the free 7 day trial. Came to trust pilot after trying in vain to cut the membership and discovered I wasn't alone in the world. Cancelled my associated credit card immediately, informed my bank and wrote directly and in no uncertain terms to received emails from ScreeApp that I wanted immediate cancellation which they confirmed and then telling them to send no further emails.
