Placed an order in May. Order still not arrived. Updates I assume are AI generated as there is zero clarity on when the order will be received. I’ve asked 3 times for a refund still nothing. Like other customers I’ve ordered from here before but something has clearly changed. The website is still offering delivery which is bemusing given that they cannot deliver my relatively small order. I would not recommend ordering with them at this time.
