This is a scam website—don't waste your time. I ordered a year ago and have been told monthly that there’s a courier issue and my order will be dispatched soon. As soon as I requested a refund (which they previously offered), they directed me to my bank. A complete waste of time. Don't make the same mistake.
I ordered a screen back in May 2025, which I still have not received. The reason given was that they were changing warehouses. Every month I followed up, and they kept saying my delivery would be dispatched next month. Now it’s been 5 months with no delivery. Instead, I received an email stating my order was canceled and refunded due to a system change, but I haven't seen any refund. When I contacted them again, they said they couldn't assist and I needed to contact my bank. This company seems fraudulent to me, and I will never order from them again.
I previously ordered from this company in 2020 without any issues. So when I needed more screens for my garden, I ordered again. However, after placing my order in June, I was left chasing them for updates and was told there were delays due to moving procurement centers. After over 4 months of constant follow-ups, I was informed my order was canceled due to this change. I was told that the refund was managed externally and I should contact my bank, but the 120-day limit has unfortunately passed. I'm left without screens and no refund. They’ve revamped their website and continue to take orders despite knowing they aren’t fulfilling them—AVOID.
I ordered screens in June and, after weeks of waiting, I emailed the company to inquire about my order. They told me they were having issues with their distribution provider. It’s now October, and despite numerous promises of delivery, I still haven't received my screens. I tried to support a small family-run business, but I have been severely let down. I would not recommend!
I am sadly another victim of this company's poor and uncommunicative service. I had previously ordered from them without any issues. However, my second order placed in June never arrived. I followed up in August and was told there was a logistics issue and to expect delivery in 3 weeks. Nothing came. In September, I contacted them again and received a different excuse about their account being switched, and that a refund had been processed. I have yet to see any refund, and their website shows they have stock available. Upon further investigation, I found that the order number link in my confirmation email leads back to their website, and the email had two different addresses. The lack of visibility on orders raises red flags for me, so I will be investigating further with the relevant parties. I no longer trust this company and would not recommend making any purchases.
After waiting 3 months for a product that never existed, I finally asked for a refund due to their repetitive excuses. I requested the order be canceled, and was told the refund would be processed within 5-10 working days, but nothing has happened. I am now being ignored. This company has lost all credibility, and I am genuinely concerned they will continue to take people's hard-earned money without resolving customer issues. Those running this company should be ashamed for taking money without delivering on their promises. I hope they one day experience the same feeling of being conned as their customers have.
