Ordered twice previously over the years which was fantastic and no problems so placed another order in April 2025.Many many emails to ask where new order was and at first I understood courier issues, but after me having to repeatedly chase I got fed up as sales were still able to be made on website and I thought if there is courier issues why are they still taking orders?Long story short, 4 months after placing order I went on trustpilot and saw everyone having the same issue so decided I wanted a refund.I filed a dispute with my bank who refunded on the understanding of screen with envy challenge it I may not be able to keep it. I emailed screen with envy after and said I would like a refund, they eventually replied and said a refund is on the way. To be honest my bank refunded it.Massive shame because these screens are so lovely and now have an unfinished project.Disappointed is an understatement!Note to self! Check trustpilot before purchase.Hope everyone having the same issues manages to get help with refunds.One dissapointed customer 😢
