Some items sold are of unacceptable quality. I purchased a mat, but it was poorly made and had a split that posed a trip hazard. I returned it without issue, but when I bought another, it was the exact same problem. This item should be discontinued. Additionally, I can't leave feedback on their site, which is a serious concern that needs to be resolved. I advise against buying this mat; it's unsafe.
