I have not received my item. The company does not answer phone calls, and the customer service is extremely disappointing. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by the courier service, but I received a misleading message from them stating they attempted delivery when I was at home. They did not deliver at all and provided false updates. Both the company and the courier service are equally frustrating. I am requesting a refund; this has been a terrible experience.

I was informed the refund would take 3-5 days, but I later found out it could take up to 8 days for unavailable items. This seems very unfair and raises concerns about their business practices.
