The refund process for Click & Collect is quite unfair. I ordered over €200 worth of items for collection, but upon arrival, I was told some would be delayed. After a lengthy search for contact info, I spoke to a representative who suggested I cancel the unavailable items. I was informed the refund would take 3-5 days, but I later found out it could take up to 8 days for unavailable items. This seems very unfair and raises concerns about their business practices.
