I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received. After being a customer of a previous optician for 35 years, I am now being pursued for payments I do not owe. I maintained a lens payment plan for nearly a year, but after canceling, I was told I owed money, which I paid. Now I'm receiving threatening letters claiming I owe more, which I absolutely do not. If you have a choice, please avoid this company unless you want to be treated unfairly. This is only my second negative review ever, but I feel it is necessary.
