After many years of using a well known high street opticians we decided to visit Bury st Edmunds Scrivens and I am so happy that we did as the people are great and they seem to enjoy working there and kept me informed along the way of everything that was happening, taking good care of me and, very importantly, not upselling to higher grade lenses or designer frames, which I usually spend a small fortune on.
I would highly recommend Scrivens as they treated me like their only customer and made me feel so welcome.
