£75 call out charge!
They tell you the sofa you buy from them has got a 10years frame guarantee, we purchased a three seater and a two seater on July 2022, and paid for ipgrade of the seats aswell. Up until two weeks ago the two seater started making squeaky noise, called and and they asked for a video, sent a video proof and called me asking for £75 call out fee. This is ridiculous! If the sofa has a 10 years guarantee then why should I pay yous to fix the fault that it has!
Was thinking of upgrading next year but deffo wont be from SCS!
