I bought the sofa from ScS South Shields branch. This was a reclining sofa. However, upon delivery, we noticed that the main cable was missing. It has been two months and despite ringing them they have not sent the vital cable to connect the sofa to the mains as without it we can not operate the reclining element of the sofa. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
