Our settees were delivered yesterday at 1.30 but couldn't understand why we received an email and text saying our delivery slot will be between 7-12, got a text in the morning to say they'll be delivered between 9.15 & 9.45, still not delivered at 11 so decided to ring the shop, the guy who I spoke couldn't help me, just said it's probably due to traffic etc. Got a phone call at 1 saying they'll be 35 minutes, when they turned up, asked them why they weren't here between 9.15 & 9.45 as per text, they said all deliveries today received the same message for some strange reason, the guys were lovely and apologetic, only took them 10 minutes to put the settees together. Would have been nice to receive an upto date message giving a more accurate time slot rather than one that wasn't happening, the guys did say that they knew roughly what time they were going to be delivering in our area and it wasn't the time the text said, very annoying when you've took time off work for nothing.
