I would not recommend this company under any circumstances and I If i could give it 0 stars I would ,I paid over £3k in April 25 for a Italian Leather corner sofa ,the base has collapsed and it's akin to sitting on a bean bag ,leather stretched now ,having contactEd after care 6 photos requested ,on reply lack of customer maintenance, the cushions are fixed they cannot be turned ,was advised to move places more often, so if all four seats had been used all 4 bases would be damaged ,no visit end of case ,I've had a independent assessment with a Upholsterer of 45 years experience, his view is incorrect/ lack of foam ,and no barrier in between webbing and foam ,the case is in the hands of the Ombudsman,I have joined a scs complaints group and this problem is rife ,if I have no joy with Ombudsman I'm going to small claims courts! order number 1000173587
