Southern Cross let us down so badly.I understand war is not covered under their policy, but what load of rubbish. We were stranded in London after our flights via Dubai were obviously cancelled, other flights were massively overpriced, and when I contacted Southern Cross they said there was nothing they could do to help support us. I hope they enjoyed our donation, because they left us high and dry when we needed them most - I will never use them again, and will recommend to everyone I know to avoid them, 1Cover is the way to go.
