We had our insurance cancelled prior to our trip.We were told the money would be refunded in 5-7 days.4 phone calls later, excuses ranged from:Can't be credited to credit card as over $500Bank Statement required Bank statement cant be from secondary person on account even though that is the person on the Credit Card.Copy of bank statement cant be sent from secondary person, with primary cc'd in WTH!Copy of the bank statement wasn't received from primary even though Southern Cross sent a received receipt for the emailConfirmed refund will now be a further 5-7 daysIf not received we have choice but to contact the Insurance Ombudsman. I have no confidence left in the company.Where in their terms and conditions is any of the information they provided written.Very disappointing, what is it was actually claiming!
