Totally Disappointed

First of all, the policy document does not provide sufficient information, such as whether excess will be applied even to a simple claim like medical. Secondly, there isn’t a number you can contact on a weekend to find out more, especially when you urgently needed to contact someone. Thirdly, after making a claim and not being informed to submit the exchange rate document, to then be told you are refunded $200.94 - $200 for excess, getting a refund of $0.94 is a total insult.
