My wife had to see a doctor and have blood tests done while in Japan. I found SCTI great as I didn't have to supply translated documents, they would do that all themselves. The actual claim was approved and money in our account within a week. The only negative we had was in an additional claim for the same event with a follow up with doctor and prescriptions. Two weeks from submitting the additional claim we still hadn't heard anything, took a phone call then resubmitting claim to get a result. We heard back after two days with a positive result and an apology for the slow response.Overall the experience was great, simple to claim, and generally fast. I would use SCTI again.
