I don't know why I took Insurance out with you aswhen I spoke to someone yesterday with everything that was incredibly stressful and challenging on our trip, the rep told me " You can try and lodge a claimand see how you get on". That wasn't helpful at all.Very disappointing and no assistance.Jackie McDiarmid
