Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 27 items, but only received 22. The package arrived visibly damaged (ripped open), which I documented immediately. Despite this, customer support keeps insisting that “the weight matches” and therefore all items must have been included — which simply isn’t true.
I even provided a video clearly showing that the box is completely full with the 22 items I received. It is physically impossible that 5 additional items were ever inside this package.
What’s most frustrating is that instead of offering a solution, I’m being indirectly made responsible for the missing items. I paid for products I never received, and there is still no clear answer on how this will be resolved or refunded.
Customer service responses are slow and not solution-oriented. At this point, I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.
Would definitely not recommend this brand based on this experience.
