I recently ordered a sweater from Schuffers in size XL and I’m really happy with it. The fit is perfect and very comfortable. The fabric feels high quality and soft, and you can tell it’s well made.
It sits really nicely and feels great to wear throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a comfortable and good quality sweater.
Avoid this seller at all costs. We made a purchase for my daughter's birthday, and when she opened it on her special day, we discovered it was too small. We attempted to exchange it for a larger size, but were told that the period for changes had passed by 5 days, and they would not accommodate our request. We had the item for just three weeks, not months. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Complete disappointment. I opted for express delivery to ensure the sweatshirt reached me in time for my daughter's gift (the one she specifically requested), but it only arrived the following day. The tracking details were inaccurate. The least they could have done was provide a refund, but that wasn't offered. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Never again.

At £80, I find this really disappointing. Many reputable retailers provide a longer return window during the holiday season. Be cautious when ordering, as the sizing consistency is questionable. High-priced items with unhelpful customer support are not what I expected.
We placed an order for a sweater around 4 weeks ago but did not receive any confirmation email, leaving us without an order number. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, we have been completely ignored. At this point, we feel as though we have been scammed. No replies, no refund, and no sweater.
The customer service and shipping speed were satisfactory—no complaints there. However, the quality of the hoodie material is quite poor. As a parent handling laundry for my kids, it's frustrating; this fabric is prone to wrinkling. Additionally, the inner material that comes in contact with the skin is not great either. The exterior and interior fabrics are similar to a certain other brand if you're familiar with it. My daughter wants to keep the two hoodies I bought her because they're fashionable, but otherwise, I would have returned them. At this price, they should definitely improve the quality!

This brand appears to be just another one that claims to offer quality but ultimately disappoints. I do not recommend it and will definitely not purchase from them again.
