I purchased a nice hoodie for my son for Christmas, opting for a small since he already had another hoodie of the same brand that fit well. I placed the order in mid-November, but when he tried it on on Christmas Day, it turned out to be too short. It's frustrating that two hoodies labeled as small have such different fits. I reached out to the customer service team, but despite this being an issue I couldn’t control, they refused to offer a refund or exchange, even though I was willing to swap for a larger size. At £80, I find this really disappointing. Many reputable retailers provide a longer return window during the holiday season. Be cautious when ordering, as the sizing consistency is questionable. High-priced items with unhelpful customer support are not what I expected.
