I received a scuf controller with upgrades less than 13 months ago, but just outside the 12 month warranty and one of the buttons no longer works. Really disappointed by this given the price of the controller. Have tried to contact scuf via chat but have been informed they don't do repairs. Complete waste of money as the standard controllers at 25% of the price last longer! Not being able to talk to anyone has dampened my experience too. Prior to that though, the controller did everything it was advertised to do and using it was an enjoyable experience. Just not worth the money for just over 12 months use...

I liked the AI bot, the bot was very helpful but I’m leaving a review due to the lack of options for customers to personalize their purchases; previously the SCUF Instinct had multiple options but it seems the page was removed (very upsetting). To replace the Instinct the Valor model has taken the page and only presents 3 options to choose from and you can’t seem to customize your order like with the previous model. I would really appreciate the option for colored buttons or alternatively just let me buy the buttons for my Instinct controller. Really looking forward to what Scuf plans on doing in the future and I will be keeping a close eye on this project.

Extremely Disappointed with This Defective Controller

I've exhausted all options to resolve the issues with this faulty controller. A few months ago, I purchased a high-end model, hoping for a significant upgrade for my gaming experience. Unfortunately, I ended up spending a substantial amount on a product that has proven to be a huge disappointment. I've tried everything from BIOS adjustments to various software updates and hardware tweaks, but nothing resolves the multiple issues I'm facing. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive and unwilling to acknowledge their defective product or assist me. I strongly advise against purchasing this controller. I'm committed to sharing my negative yet honest experience daily until I receive a response regarding my concerns. A refund is urgently needed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Consider opting for a different controller. There are ongoing connectivity problems and persistent issues with the software, including a broken download link and a non-functional QR code. If you manage to install it, the software frequently crashes. These controllers are not worth the investment; it's just a marketing gimmick.
