I was very disappointed to receive a damaged and broken item. It was meant to be a gift for my stepson's birthday, and I can't present it in its current condition. I emailed the company as directed, but received no acknowledgment whatsoever!
I had a horrible experience with this company! I discovered them on social media, and the jewelry looked appealing. However, when I received my item, it appeared cheap and unworthy of gifting. Their customer service was frustrating, dragging out the refund process and only offering a partial refund while making me feel grateful. I strongly advise against engaging with this company; they lack professionalism!
I rate them 0/10 as I never received my item. I faced issues from the start, receiving delivery updates only to be told my parcel was lost. Eventually, I got a picture of the courier outside my address holding my parcel, but it was never delivered. No one knocked, even though my partner was home. I checked all around, including my safe place, but it wasn’t there. I want a refund and no interest in repeating this problem.
