Messaged the support team on X/Twitter and they went above and beyond. Almost immediate replies and sent me a brand new replacement controller, the same custom controller I ordered. I honestly see a lot of poor reviews about Scuf Support and I was very happy with how they helped, so much so i needed to write my own review. Will be using strictly scuf controllers from here on out
