I'm sure the actual clay is nice, but the customer service leaves a sour taste. I had an issue with my delivery where during checkout the delivery address got cut off and was missing the house number. Royal mail obviously marked this as undeliverable and were supposed to return to sender. Two weeks have passed and still no update or refund (I am unsure if this is Royal Mail's fault or Sculpd) and they don't seem to care much about finding out where it is. I explained that after waiting on hold with Royal Mail for an hour they have explained that Sculpd will need to raise a complaint and open an investigation and so could they please refund me. Instead of refunding me, they process a replacement order to the SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS. I have no idea how anyone could think this was a smart solution given the reason why I didn't receive my package, and now I have to spend even more time explaining why I don't want a replacement order (even with the correct address the event this was for is now over two weeks passed) and to process a refund. **EDIT**Since writing the review Sculpd did get back to me, cancel the replacement and issue a refund which was in my bank account immediately surprisingly enough. Raised them 4stars due to the resolution but they deffo could use some work.
