I ordered some kits as a present for Christmas on 16th of December '24 and they arrived on the 20th of December with GLS. The delivery failed because apparently not enough information regarding the address was provided (nobody called) and since I could not get in contact with GLS, I tried sending messages on the official website of Sculpd. Needless to say, I sent like 3 inquiries and nobody ever replied. I know they don't have control over their actual delivery but some kind of answer would've been nice. Sorry but for that alone I won't come back.So for the end of the story, I didn't have the present on Christmas day and I only managed to get it in the first week of January '25, only because I physically went to the parcel center to retrieve it, cause delivery was never attempted again.
