I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 1st and still haven't received it. After multiple inquiries, I was told it was a pre-order that would ship on Dec 17th (nowhere mentioned before). Supposedly sent on Dec 18th, but still no sign of it. Disappointing experience, especially when ordering less than 4 weeks before Christmas
