Ordered a pottery kit and didn't receive a delivery email for a few days emailed them telling them it was a Christmas present for the wife and I was currently away . And received an email 5 minutes later from Giles who sorted it all out and was due to the delivery company having a high demand. They put my delivery to express free of charge and had it shipped out the next day and it arrived a day after. They also upgraded my kit to have the paints too. One of the best customer services I have had with a company and the fastest reply time I’ve ever had. After reading the reviews below I would just email them if you haven’t received your delivery because it’s the delivery company, Not Sculpd. From the email I received it’s the delivery company’s having trouble with high demand in parcels. But if you email Sculpd they will help you out.
